Passeggio is a condominium development in Aliso Viejo, California. It is one of nine communities in Westridge, which is situated at one of the highest points in the city.
The Passeggio subdivision was built by D.R. Horton in five phases and is comprised of 111 units. It features five unique floor plans that range from 970 to 1,397 square feet of living space. Most homes have two bedrooms and two baths as well as either a one- or two-car garage. Residents love the beautiful views of the neighborhood which is nestled along the Aliso Canyon edge.
There are many things to do in this neighborhood with trails nearby for hiking, walking, and biking. Many residents enjoy barbecuing and the Westridge Park is adjacent, offering playgrounds and picnic areas. Passeggio is just five miles from Downtown Laguna Beach where you’ll find many boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment. The Aliso Viejo Town Center features many merchants such as Barnes & Noble, Pier 1 Imports, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Taco Bell, and Romano’s Macaroni Grill. There is also a theater complex with multi screens.
The Capistrano Unified Public School District serves the Passegio community with highly ranked facilities like Canyon Vista Elementary School, Don Juan Avila Middle School, and Aliso Niguel High School. There are also several private schools in the area including VanDamme Academy, St. Mary’s, and Aliso Viejo Christian School. For students interested in higher education Soka University is nearby and offers an excellent liberal arts program.
Orange County’s 34th incorporated city is Aliso Viejo where homes were first built in the early 1900s. The city is well known for its clean air, low crime, and coastal lifestyle. It is also the home of the Orange County Gladiators which is a part of the American Basketball Association (ABA). Aliso Niguel High School hosts this team’s home games.
